Job summary

Hokanson Companies Inc. in Carmel, IN is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a defined territory of commercial properties.

You will conduct monthly inspections, supervise maintenance, manage service requests, and build operating budgets for the region. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in property management, budgeting experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel; willingness to travel to facilities in the regional area;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5 years of property management experience.
• Budgeting experience and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to facilities within the regional area.
• Yardi experience is a plus.

Hokanson Companies Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for facility management for a defined territory of commercial properties within the regional market, including monthly property inspections, working with maintenance personnel to manage service requests, developing operating budgets, capital planning, hiring contractors, and approving operating invoices.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years experience in property management, experience in budgeting, and strong organizational and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and travel to facilities throughout the regional area. Yardi experience is a plus.
