Job summary

Hokanson Companies Inc. in Carmel, IN is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a defined territory of commercial properties.

You will conduct monthly inspections, supervise maintenance, manage service requests, and build operating budgets for the region. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in property management, budgeting experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel; willingness to travel to facilities in the regional area;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5 years of property management experience.
• Budgeting experience and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to facilities within the regional area.
• Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly inspections of commercial properties.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to manage service requests.
• Develop operating budgets and participate in capital planning.
• Hire contractors and approve operating invoices.
