Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the apartment community and drive leasing and resident satisfaction.

You will manage onsite staff, ensure accurate reporting, and deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects while achieving strong retention and occupancy targets. This role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and a focus on excellence within a dynamic team environment.

• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills (high school level).
• You strive for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
