The role includes budgeting, CAM reconciliations, vendor management, capital projects, and coordinating lease moves. CPM, RPA are a plus; Yardi/MRI experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience
• Experience managing office, retail, or mixed-use portfolios
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and CAM reconciliations
• Excellent tenant relations and customer service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of building operations, vendor management, and capital projects
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms preferred
• CPM, RPA, or other industry certifications are a plus

Your New Role
