Long & Foster Companies, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Management Leader to oversee operations across an assigned portfolio. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and retain high-performing staff, drive KPIs, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will handle rental lifecycle oversight, client relationships with owners and residents, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service while traveling daily within the company footprint.

• Monitor team performance through reporting, analysis, and key metrics, providing recommendations and action plans to improve results.
• Generate, analyze, and share comprehensive reports related to team performance, operational effectiveness, and business objectives.
• Participate in leadership meetings and serve as a strategic partner and resource to field and operations teams to support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
