OGH in the DFW area is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support residential and commercial properties. You will travel daily to different sites, perform general maintenance, handyman tasks, and coordinate with subcontractors as needed using our maintenance app to log work orders.

OGH is recruiting a full-time maintenance technician for its DFW properties. We manage residential/commercial properties in the DFW area. This position requires travel to different properties each day. OGH will provide a work vehicle for travel to properties each day. The ideal candidate must be able to manage subcontractors and suppliers as needed. The maintenance technician needs to be extremely well organized, detailed, and able to execute daily work orders without constant supervision. Our office uses a property maintenance software package to manage maintenance orders. The maintenance technician will be required to use the app for daily work orders and submitting completion details.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to general maintenance, handyman services. The maintenance technician will deal with tenants on a regular basis and must be professional with all interactions.
