Job summary

OGH REAL ESTATE, LLC in Dallas is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to service our residential and commercial properties across the DFW area. The role requires daily travel to multiple sites, and OGH will provide a work vehicle.

You will manage subcontractors, perform painting, cleaning, and basic repairs, and use our property maintenance app to log work orders and completion details. Strong organization and customer-facing professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read and write English.

• Able to work independently, but in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Paint, pressure wash, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.

Job Description – Maintenance Technician (MT)

OGH is recruiting a full-time maintenance technician for its Dallas properties. We manage residential/commercial properties in the DFW area. This position requires travel to different properties each day. OGH will provide a work vehicle for travel to properties each day. The ideal candidate must be able to manage subcontractors and suppliers as needed. The maintenance technician needs to be extremely well organized, detailed, and able to execute daily work orders without constant supervision. Our office uses a property maintenance software package to manage maintenance orders. The maintenance technician will be required to use the app for daily work orders and submitting completion details.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks. The maintenance technician will deal with tenants on a regular basis and must be professional with all interactions.
