Job summary

OGH is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of ~25 properties in the Austin area. The role requires daily travel between properties, dependable transportation, and the ability to manage simple subcontractors and suppliers. Proficiency with the Yardi maintenance module is preferred.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of completing work orders with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism with tenants and vendors.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of maintenance, repair, and service.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Read and write English; valid drivers license.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently, but in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Minor painting and drywall repairs
• Changing light bulbs
• Minor plumbing repair
• Property clean-up
• Other maintenance projects as needed
