Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial property management.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, and Kardin software systems highly desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to guide sensitive information and problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day property management for a portfolio of Industrial and Office properties.
• Prepare and review annual operating expense reconciliations using Yardi, Excel, and Kardin.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules; cross-train staff.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues.
• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
