Job summary

Target is seeking a Property Management Lead to oversee building assets, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure safety, reliability, and cost efficiency while guiding store teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, 18+ years, and hands-on skills with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance. Full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Basic technical skills with property assets.
• Proficiency in operating power tools, HVAC systems, and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
• Train and engage store team to follow safety and maintenance standards.
• Observe and provide feedback, while recognizing great guest experiences.
• Review area metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead safety practices and asset maintenance across building assets and equipment.
• Assist with special projects and remodels in partnership with store teams.
