Job summary

Roundel, in partnership with Target, is seeking a Property Management Lead in Doylestown, PA. The role focuses on maintaining store assets, ensuring safety, and managing vendor work orders to support guest experience and operational goals.

The ideal candidate will bring 1+ year of technical education, basic trades skills, and strong communication. This full-time position requires flexible hours and a proactive approach to asset care and project support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing and related areas.
• Basic technical skills and experience with property assets required.
• Proficiency in operating power tools, HVAC, vacuum and other powered equipment.
• Strong vendor management and accountability for service results.
• Effective communication and multi-device tech usage.
• Ability to manage workload independently and support store team.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and safely perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets and equipment.
• Lead and train store team on safety procedures and asset care.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Assist in executing remodeling and special projects in partnership with store team.
