Job summary

Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in Arlington Heights to oversee maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination while ensuring a superior guest experience. You will guide store teams, manage work orders and budgets, and lead preventive maintenance on building assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Strong vendor management and accountability skills.
• Comfort using multiple communication devices and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
• Train and oversee store team to follow safety and PM processes.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Inform store leadership on workload priorities and asset impact.
• Assist in special projects, remodels, and PM asset strategies.
