Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of maintenance duties including basic electrical and plumbing repairs, appliance servicing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Maintain and repair structural elements such as fixtures, appliances, doors, cabinetry, walls, and outdoor spaces.
• Provide outstanding service to residents, clients, and colleagues.
• Address resident service requests with promptness and professionalism.
• Ensure all units meet established standards prior to new tenant move-ins.
• Carry out scheduled annual preventative maintenance procedures.
• Support groundskeeping activities when necessary.
• Contribute to special projects as directed by management.
