Job summary

Target Corp is hiring for a Property Management Lead in Copiague, NY. The role focuses on maintaining store assets, leading a team, and delivering standout guest experiences while managing vendor work and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member is trained and delivers Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently to support store team.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building assets including Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Life Safety and Electrical.
• Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead onboarding and coaching to close skill gaps and promote best practices.
