Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of technical education (electrical, mechanical, HVAC or plumbing).
• Basic technical skills and experience with property assets.
• Proficiency in operating power tools and related equipment.
• Strong vendor management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility to work a range of hours, including nights/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Train and ensure team follows guest experience standards.
• Observe, provide feedback, and drive results with store teams.
• Review area metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use technology to create, troubleshoot, and complete work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building assets and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE to ensure a safe work environment.
• Lead onboarding and coaching to close skill gaps.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet maintenance standards and timelines.
• Assist in special projects and remodels as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and vendor accountability.
• Support store leadership in workload prioritization and asset care.
• Demonstrate inclusivity and respect diverse voices.
