Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated — JLL is seeking a Property Management internship for summer 2027 in San Francisco, CA. You will gain hands-on experience in accounts payable, tenant relations, lease administration, and financial reporting within a fast-paced real estate services environment.

The program requires you to be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2–3 years completed and a strong interest in property management.

Responsibilities

• Process and code all accounts payable invoices at the property per established schedules.
• Ensure invoices are paid on time and review past due invoices for proper payment.
• Research and request back-up from vendor if necessary.
• Send out rent statements to tenants in time per accounting calendar.
• Collect rent and minimize accounts receivable balances at the property.
• Provide lease administration services (lease abstraction and file maintenance).
• Track COIs and notify tenants/vendors of expirations.
• Maintain COI spreadsheet with insured and policy expirations.
• Generate contracts for services per General Manager input.
• Complete assigned financial reporting tasks for client requirements.
• Assist in annual asset plan and budget preparation.
• Provide QA on contracted vendors as requested by GM.
• Assist in Move-In/Move-Out processes.
