Job summary

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2-3 years completed in business or related field.
• Interest in property management and demonstrated initiative.
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and presenting ideas.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn basics of property management, invoicing/payment systems, and tenant experience/support.
• Process and code accounts payable invoices per established schedules.
• Distribute rent statements and assist in accounts receivable management.
• Provide lease administration support including lease abstraction and file maintenance.
• Support the General Manager in financial reporting and annual asset planning.
