Responsibilities

  • Process and code all accounts payable invoices for the property per schedules.
  • Ensure invoices are paid on time and review past due invoices.
  • Provide lease administration services including lease abstraction and file maintenance.
  • Assist in tenant relations programs and tenant events.
  • Support annual asset plan and budget preparation.
