Job summary

HomeServices of America in Roswell, GA seeks a results-driven sales professional to develop strategies and solicit property owners for property management services. You will craft marketing plans, drive lead generation, and present the value of integrated management solutions to owners and investors.

You will deliver services to owners and tenants, expand programs, train agents, and oversee account management including lease prep and referral agreements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in marketing, business administration or related field or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
• Four years of marketing, sales and customer service experience including three years in real estate.
• Experience working with clients, property owners and real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and develop opportunities to increase full service property management to a property owner. Develop a marketing plan that may include lead generation activities with real estate sales associates, customer inquiries, online leads, residential or commercial property owners and investors.
• Ensure successful delivery of managed property services to property owners and tenants. Maintain positive client relations to maximize future opportunities and retention of existing clients.
• Develop and introduce new and enhanced programs to owners and tenants that will contribute to the expansion of the department and revenue growth.
• Participate in the development and delivery of agent training to ensure knowledge of property management services.
• Oversee account management responsibilities of property owners. Assist owners with lease preparation and rental referral agreements.
• Cross-sell additional products to existing and new accounts.
• Oversee or perform administrative activities to include database maintenance, vendor/contractor management, correspondence and marketing reporting.
• May supervise property management.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
