Job summary

Team Pest USA is expanding in the Roswell, GA area and seeks a results-driven Pest Control Sales professional. You will generate leads, inspect homes for pests or termites, and propose tailored service plans to homeowners, real estate agents, and builders.

Responsibilities include completing multiple proposals daily, closing sales weekly, and meeting monthly targets with support from the inside sales team. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record.
• Ability to pass state licensing exams (training provided).
• Prior pest control experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, contact homeowners in assigned area, and close sales.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest or termite issues.
• Recommend services to meet customer needs and document findings.
• Complete 3–4 proposals per day and meet monthly sales budget.
• Collaborate with inside sales to market services to homeowners, agents, and builders.
