Job summary

Hignell Inc. is seeking a Resident Manager Floater to provide relief and support across multiple properties. You will assist residents, promote rentals, and coordinate maintenance under the Portfolio Manager's direction.

Responsibilities include auditing receivables, preparing notices, collecting rents, and generating reports while upholding policies and ensuring compliance at each site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PDF Editors, and Outlook.
• Two to four years of experience in property management.
• Knowledge of multi-family dwelling rentals.
• Experience with AppFolio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests across properties.
• Assist residents and promote rentals.
• Prepare rental documents and notices as needed.
• Audit financial records and rent ledgers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies.
