The role requires a BA degree and a minimum of five years’ experience in commercial property management, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BA degree and minimum five years’ experience as a commercial property manager.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and property accounting software such as Yardi, MRI, or Kardin.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and maintenance of the property.
• Delegate and oversee Property Assistant.
• Facilitate vendor service and manage construction contracts.
• Oversee repairs and tenant/building improvements.
• Direct activities of in-house staff and evaluate performance.
• Communicate with tenants and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Prepare annual property budgets and identify capital improvements.
• Process invoicing and collection of rents and charges.
• Ensure compliance with codes and operating policies.
