Job summary

Main Line Search seeks a Director of Property Management to lead our property management team and advance operations, procedures, and standards across industrial, retail, and office assets.

You will oversee the day-to-day management, tenant relations, and financial oversight, while coordinating with leasing and vendors to optimize asset performance and drive value across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Significant experience in commercial property management and operations.
• Strong working knowledge of industrial, retail, and office properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to property managers and maintenance personnel.
• Manage and improve property management procedures, systems, and operating processes.
• Oversee day-to-day management and operations of assigned commercial properties.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and address tenant concerns promptly.
• Assist with property budgets, expense management and financial reporting.
• Support leasing activities and coordinate with leasing personnel on property-level needs.
