Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations and Property Management on day-to-day operations of assets, ensuring maintenance per AY policies.
• Assist with maintenance of Preventative Maintenance Program and monitor tenant requests.
• Complete inspections and report deficiencies to Property Manager for action.
• Support building operations and energy management systems in coordination with Property Management.
• Process accounts payable and cash receipts; assist with tenant communications.
