Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of management experience in real estate/property management.
• Post-secondary education in real estate or business preferred.
• Real estate designations are assets when available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property management team for the assigned property/portfolio.
• Control expenses and maximize value within the approved budget.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations and vendor management.
• Coordinate maintenance of mechanical/electrical/HVAC systems and necessary supplies.
• Prepare and review annual property budgets and monthly reports.
