Job summary

Century 21 Accent Homes Property Management seeks a driven Business Development Manager to expand its property management portfolio across Northern Virginia. You will lead full-cycle sales, cultivate Realtor and investor partnerships, and convert opportunities into clients while coordinating with the marketing team.

The role offers a $90,000 base salary with uncapped commissions, ongoing training, and a strong emphasis on relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with strong phone and in-person communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
• Self-generating new business rather than relying on inbound leads.
• Comfortable developing Realtor, affiliate, investor relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to create opportunities.
• Coachable and follow a structured sales process.
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline, activities, and follow-up.
• Professional, organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Willingness to create video and social media content.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new property management business through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with Realtors, lenders, investors, and affiliates.
• Conduct consistent outreach via phone, email, text, social media, and in-person visits.
• Attend local networking events and industry functions to source referrals.
• Present to brokerages and referral partners to close new clients.
• Track leads and opportunities in the CRM and maintain a healthy pipeline.
