Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking an Associate Property Manager to ensure long-term occupancy, deliver top-tier tenant service, and manage budgets across assigned properties. You will coordinate maintenance, oversee contracts with key vendors, and monitor financial health with senior oversight.

The role requires 2+ years in property management, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office. A BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property or building management experience handling customer service and administrative issues related to real estate management.
• Familiarity with managing budgets and reporting.
• Familiarity with capital and tenant improvement projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Yardi strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret documents such as leases, safety rules, plans and specifications, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before tenants or employees of organization.
• Self-motivation, determination, and initiative in a team environment.
• Demonstrate a high attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate, Business Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for tenants, manage move-in & out process. Visit tenants regularly and maintain a positive, productive, and professional relationship.
• Regularly inspect and evaluate building equipment, systems, and grounds to ensure appearance and operation meet standards; coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee the work order system to ensure tenant service calls are handled to 100% customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts with outside contractors and ensure work is performed timely and with proper coverage; approve service agreements in Yardi.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for assigned properties; review operating reports and explain variances; manage accounts receivable and delinquencies.
