Job summary

The Society in San Diego, California, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations at our on-site community. You will coordinate leasing activities, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.

The role requires multi-family leasing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage leasing programs while staying aligned with Holland Residential’s standards.

Qualifications

• Multi-family leasing experience required.
• 1–2 years of residential or commercial property management experience required.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience required.
• Sales experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Supervise staff and support Regional Property Manager in absence of PM.
• Greet prospects, visitors and residents and provide customer support.
• Explain lease agreements, policies and addenda to residents.
• Maintain accurate property information, pricing, unit plans and amenities.
• Ensure staff deliver excellent customer service and participate in leasing programs.
• Conduct community, staff and safety meetings as directed.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas and recommend improvements.
• Interview prospective residents to determine tenancy suitability.
• Maintain and document leasing activity in the PM software.
