This role supports the Property Management function, handling budgets, invoices, and reporting while coordinating with client accounting services and field staff. A solid foundation in finance and office software enables effective cross-team collaboration and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional, client account, and department financial functions.
• Liaise between field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
• Oversee budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects; manage vendor invoices, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Review data reports (Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline) and identify profitability opportunities.
• Schedule internal compliance reviews and report outcomes to improve operations.
• Provide customer service for complex inquiries to internal and external clients.
• Explain complex information in straightforward terms.
