Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a residential property management professional to support two or more apartment communities in the Fairfield, CA area. You will lease, show, process applications, update availability, and coordinate maintenance while delivering exceptional resident service.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years in multifamily property management, knowledge of Yardi or similar software, and familiarity with fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; CPM/ CAM/ RMP/ CMCA preferred.
• Two years of residential property management experience in multifamily.
• Experience with on-site resident management software such as Yardi/Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Update unit availability daily.
• Process rental applications and maintenance work orders.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and vendors.
• Handle collections and past-due balances per policy.
• Maintain resident files and move-in/move-out operations.
