Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Portland to support daily property operations and financial performance. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, handle leasing processes, collections, and administrative duties.

The role requires at least 2 years in multifamily property management, strong customer focus, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management.
High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications are preferred but not required.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, and related property management tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations and financial performance of the property.
Assist with leasing, collections, and administrative functions.
Maintain accurate resident files and processing of rent payments and applications.
Coordinate with Property Manager on inspections, move-ins/outs, and vendor management.
