The Carroll Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property in the Austin area. The role demands professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong focus on resident relations and rent operations.

Key duties include rent collection and notices, leasing support, resident file maintenance, marketing input, renewals, and vendor coordination, with an emphasis on customer service and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in OneSite/RealPage.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Collections: manage rent collection, deposits, and non-payment notices; maintain records; assist with court filings.
• Leasing & Marketing: input daily information in the software system; manage leases/addenda; assist with marketing and renewals.
• Additional Responsibilities: provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors; assist Property Manager as needed.
