Barge Properties in Central Texas seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of our residential communities. You will work with the Property Manager to keep properties rental-ready and residents supported.

This hands-on role offers exposure to leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial support, with a chance to grow within a 40+ year company across Texas. Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused team players with strong communication and prioritization

As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Property Manager to keep our communities running smoothly and residents feeling supported.
