APIS MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC/ KEYSTONE RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Fort Worth, TX. This role supports the Property Manager, handles leasing activities, and responds to resident needs while coordinating with maintenance and vendors to ensure timely work orders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property management, strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, and proficiency in Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Assist with leasing activities including showings, applications, and lease signings.
• Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently.
• Process rent payments, track delinquencies, and assist with collections and eviction procedures.
• Maintain accurate tenant records, files, and property management software data.
• Conduct property inspections and assist with move-in/move-out processes.
