CAF Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in San Antonio, TX. This full-time, onsite role supports the Property Manager with leasing oversight, rent collection, resident relations, and operational follow-through to ensure the community runs smoothly.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, people-friendly, and eager to grow within property management. This position often serves as a stepping stone to higher-level roles within CAF Management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multifamily leasing or assistant property management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with the Entrata property management system.
• Availability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations including leasing, resident communication, and service coordination
• Help manage rent collection, delinquencies, and financial reporting
• Support move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident events
• Work closely with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals
• Use Entrata to maintain resident records, prepare reports, and manage workflows
• Respond to resident questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community goals
