CAF Management - The Brixton is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing oversight, rent collection, and resident relations. This onsite, full-time role helps ensure a smooth operation and high resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow a property management career within our community. Experience with Entrata and knowledge of Fair Housing are pluses, with Saturday availability required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multifamily leasing or assistant property management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with Entrata or similar PM systems.
• Willingness to work Saturdays with a flexible weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations including leasing, resident communication, and service coordination.
• Help manage rent collection, delinquencies, and financial reporting.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident events.
• Work closely with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.
• Use Entrata to maintain resident records, prepare reports, and manage workflows.
• Respond to resident questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Communicate regularly with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community goals.
