Compensation: Wage range is $18.91 per hour - $23.25 per hour ($39,324.25 annually - $48,363.64 annually) *Note: the starting wage for this position will be $18.91 per hour.

Under general supervision of the Property Manager, this position provides clerical and administrative assistance to assigned AHA-owned and/or managed housing rental properties for a wide variety of property functions including tenant relations and property management, customer service, compliance and eligibility, maintenance requests and general office administrative tasks; maintains tenant files and related documentation; and performs related duties, as assigned.
