Job summary

Albuquerque Housing Authority is seeking a detail‑oriented Property Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced office environment. You will drive occupancy, collections, and maintenance programs while enforcing leases and regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates have five years in residential property management (including supervisory experience) and a current NM driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; driving and reliable transportation required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid, active New Mexico Driver's License and insurability.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential property management or related field; includes at least one year supervisory/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop public housing plan with the Asset Management Director and team to meet Albuquerque Housing Authority goals.
• Maximize occupancy levels, monitor collections, oversee maintenance, and manage resident relations.
• Enforce contracts/leases and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
