Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department. The role reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and maintains apartment buildings across locations. The position requires travel between properties, a valid driver's license, and EPA certification within six months.

Pay range is $24–$26/hour, depending on experience, with responsibilities including preventative maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs using the company app.

Competenze

• High School Diploma / GED; technical training certifications a plus.
• One year of property maintenance responsibilities or similar experience.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification to be obtained within six months of employment (provided by Pennrose).

Mansioni

• Perform administrative tasks each morning (about 30 minutes) including training, updates, scheduling vendors, ordering parts, and team meetings.
• Use the company mobile Maintenance app to ensure service requests and repairs are completed correctly and promptly.
• Assist with turnkey operations including scheduling, punching, painting, and cleaning within five business days of move-out.
• Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
• Prepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for a safe, clean environment.
