Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department. Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of apartment buildings across multiple locations, and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

The role requires at least 1 year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• Willingness to work on-call emergencies and after hours if needed.
• EPA certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, repair, and cleaning across assigned properties.
• Utilize the maintenance app to document service requests and repairs.
• Assist with turnkey operations including painting, cleaning, and punch tasks within 5 business days of move-out.
• Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program at all properties.
• Prepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
