Job summary

RHF Management, Inc. seeks a Property Maintenance Technician for Anaheim Memorial Manor, a 75-unit senior community. You will maintain buildings, grounds, and common areas while supporting daily operations with timely service requests and apartment turnovers.

You will handle mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety standards are followed. Strong organization and communication are essential to keep the community safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in building maintenance highly desired.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Tools: skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with RealPage maintenance software is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior appearance of buildings and common areas.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out, as necessary.
• Perform painting and preventative maintenance tasks on schedule.
• Assist in apartment and systems inspections as required.
• Respond to work orders and document details in OneSite.
• Address maintenance emergencies, including after-hours when needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor landscape contractor.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and secure tools and supplies.
