Yugo Apex College Station is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and upkeep of the property. You will handle resident work orders, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and assist with turn inspections.

You will respond to emergencies, conduct routine inspections, and maintain pools and equipment as required. Applicants should have 1 year of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I certification preferred.
• Pool maintenance certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete resident work orders efficiently with high-quality repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies with excellent service.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, equipment, and common areas for safety and repairs.
• Maintain the property's appearance, safety, and functionality.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents following company standards.
• Maintain pools, spas, and related equipment per regulations.
• On-call and after-hours maintenance as scheduled.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines and participate in safety trainings.
