Yugo Apex College Station is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safety and upkeep across properties. You will handle resident work orders, perform repairs, and conduct inspections to protect property value.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll respond to requests promptly, maintain pools and equipment, follow safety standards, and support on-call needs while coordinating with vendors as needed.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type I certification preferred.
• Pool maintenance certification preferred where required by regulation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with technology and online systems.
• Carbon Literacy certification or willingness to train.

Responsabilidades

• Complete resident work orders efficiently with high-quality repairs.
• Respond promptly to requests and emergencies with professionalism.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and functionality of common areas.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents per standards.
• Maintain pools, spas and related equipment as required.
• Be on-call for after-hours maintenance as scheduled.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies; keep storage organized.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures and participate in training.
• Communicate with leadership and management about needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and relationships with residents and team.
• Assist with additional maintenance projects to support operations.
• Occasionally work near mechanical equipment, heights, fumes; lift 50+ lbs.
