Yugo Tucson Campus is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to uphold safety and upkeep across the property. You will serve as a liaison between residents and management, performing repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve community value.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), a high school diploma, and strong interpersonal skills. EPA Type I and pool certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for resident interactions.
• Proficient with technology and online systems; able to learn new tools quickly.

Responsabilités

• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and communicate with residents.
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, appliance repair.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, equipment, and common areas for safety and maintenance needs.
• Maintain pool, spa, and related equipment per local regulations and standards.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents with inspections and repairs.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours maintenance as scheduled.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work.
