Job summary

Yugo Echelon State College is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep the property safe and well-maintained for residents. This hourly, non-exempt role involves completing work orders, performing plumbing, electrical and general repairs, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety across the community.

You’ll work under the Maintenance Supervisor, respond to requests and emergencies, conduct routine inspections, and support turnover of vacant units while maintaining inventory and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I certification preferred; pool maintenance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders efficiently with high-quality repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies with excellent service.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry and other tasks.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to identify safety concerns and repairs.
• Maintain pools, spas and related equipment in compliance with local rules.
• Coordinate with vendors and attend safety meetings as scheduled.
• Assist with turnover of units and general property improvements.
