Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s upkeep and protect the asset value. You will assist with interior and exterior maintenance and provide customer service oriented support as part of a team.

Requirements include 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair; excellent communication; HVAC certification preferred; and computer literacy. The role may involve weekend and after-hours emergency calls, with pay at $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with the maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
