Job summary

Lakeshore in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a maintenance worker to perform a variety of building trades and handyman tasks. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of general experience in plumbing, repairs, and maintenance.

The candidate should have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to use email, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history. You will regularly inspect the property and supervise vendors and contractors to maintain

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years general experience in building trades, plumbing (interior and exterior required), repair and replacement maintenance or handy work.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use email.

Responsibilities

Physically examine the property on a regular basis.
Managing repairs and maintenance with vendors and ensuring the proper care of the property.
Maintain pools, landscaping, utilities, roads, signage, clubhouse and other community infrastructure elements.
Supervise outside contractors working on the Property.
Adhere to all maintenance and purchasing directives including property inspections, maintenance assignments, utility system readings and controls, landscaping and grounds, safety, special maintenance items.
Prepare inventory homes for sale or rent.
Troubleshooting any needs for the property.
