Job summary

Lakeshore Management in Meadowbrook - WPB, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry, while addressing resident service requests and completing routine inspections.

You will maintain records, coordinate with contractors, and uphold safety standards on a predominantly on-site basis. A HS diploma, 2+ years in building trades, valid driver's license, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ general experience in building trades.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry as needed.
• Respond to resident service requests and prioritize urgent repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and parts inventory.
• Coordinate with contractors for larger projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and building codes.
• Assist with on-call emergency repairs when required.
• Ensure property exteriors and interiors are well-kept.
