Watterson Restoration & Facility Solutions is seeking a Handyman Technician to perform restoration and preventative maintenance on client properties in the St. Louis area.

You will handle daytime repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years’ hands-on experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid travel documents and driver’s license in good standing.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and preventative maintenance tasks on properties.
• Carry out general maintenance: ceiling tiles, wallboards, flooring, and fixtures.
• Handle electrical and plumbing repairs and safety compliance.
• Operate ladders, lift up to 50lbs, and use power/tools safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of trucks and job sites; support QA inspections.
