Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team responsible for completing work orders and tasks for residential apartments and condominiums. Hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and snow removal.

• Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning, and grounds work.

• Mentor other Maintenance Technicians.

• Must maintain a professional and courteous manner.
• Must own your own hand tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel between job sites throughout the day using your own vehicle, primarily in the vicinity of Kirkwood.
  • Mileage Reimbursement for miles driven throughout the workday.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Must be able to climb up to a 40 foot ladder and be comfortable with working on roofs and gutters.
• Must be able to trouble shoot general maintenance issues and come up with solutions.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to shovel snow.
• Must be comfortable working indoors as well as outdoors.
• HVAC Certification is a plus but not required.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
